Use of Fruits and Veggies
Yes, you can. The Versapers Slow Juicer 5G makes an excellent juice extract of most berries and grapes. However, some seeds of berries may clog the pulp exit and some seeds of grapes may leave a bitter taste. It is important to use grapes and berries with care, depending on the characteristics of the seeds. The remains of the seeds from berries and grapes can accumulate in the strainer, so therefore check regularly if the pulp outlet is running well. If it gets clogged, first remove the accumulated seed residue before continuing. In general, you can juice about 500 g to 1 kg berries or grapes with seeds before cleaning may be needed. Seedless grapes are of course ideal.
Hard stones in cherries, plums or apricots can damage the strainer. Always remove hard stones before juicing. Rule of thumb is: if you can chew on the stone and it does not hurt, you can use it without problems in the Versapers. For example, pits of apples, citrus fruits, etc. are no problem. For example seeds or cores from papaya or Galia melon you'd better remove first with a spoon.
